For a product owner, a founder, or a CEO

The foundation under your product

SaaS Constitution is the ready foundation under a working product: who may sign in, who sees whose data, how a change is allowed, and how a release goes out. You receive the code and host it. Your product, brand, and screens stay yours.

You are paid for the product, not for a second one

You are paid when a user can sign in, their data stays theirs, and the next change does not take the last one down. Without this layer you still build it later, as a second product that never appears on the roadmap.

A sound way into AI product work

A sound way into AI product work, already used on real products. People and AI tools write through the same gates: a specification, review, tests, and signed releases. The model is your key. This is not a general assistant.

The foundation is already built

Accounts, access, separated customer data, and a release path are already there. You do not spend the months writing that foundation from scratch, or pay again for the same mistakes. The team starts on the product you sell.

Current practice, kept current

Core publishes a signed train of updates: fixes and current industry practice. You apply an update when you are ready, and you host the code yourself. That is how the product stays on current standards.

How a change moves

Several pieces of work can proceed at the same time. They do not edit one another's files. Before anything reaches the product, separate agents read that one change at the same time. A person allows the release.

The path of a change

Side-by-side work

  • One piece of work — only its own files
  • Another piece of work — only its own files
  • A third piece of work — only its own files

Each piece may change only its own files.

One proposed change

The pieces join into a single change. A single piece does not reach the product on its own.

Logic

An agent looks for mistakes in how the change behaves.

Security

An agent looks for open access, leaked data, and customer records mixed together.

What was agreed

An agent checks that the change still does what was asked.

A person allows the release

The agents report what they found. They do not publish the change. A person decides it is ready for the product.

Side-by-side work joins into one change. Separate agents read it at the same time. A person allows the release.

What you receive

  • Application server, web app, and background work
  • User accounts and access
  • Customer data kept separate in the database
  • One path for every change: permission, limits, an off-switch, and a record of what happened
  • A record of success, failure, and refused access
  • Events, and checked connections from other systems
  • New behaviour can ship switched off until you turn it on
  • Database changes that do not stop production in one step
  • Signed releases
  • The same rules for code written by people and by AI tools
  • Channel connections when you need them, including a messenger

What stays outside this foundation

  • The meaning of your product
  • Your brand, your customers, and your invoice
  • A general assistant
  • A bot builder
  • A landing page for your own product
  • Finding customers for you
  • Hosting that we operate for you. Today you host.

Two ways this arrives

You have developers

They take the foundation and assemble the product on top. Core does not have to write your features.

You do not have a team

Core can assemble, or seriously rebuild, the working product on this foundation. There is one such seat at a time. That is a rule, not a temporary phase. From your chair this looks like a team shipping your product. The difference is one seat, and a foundation that already exists.

What stays yours

  • The product, the brand, the customers, and the invoice. Core does not take a cut of revenue.
  • Hosting, and when an update is applied. Any agents or runtime you already use stay yours.
  • The code, which you can read and host. Cancelling does not switch the product off, and you can keep a lasting right to the platform underneath.

If your current layer already does this, is cheap to keep, and does not take time away from delivery, keep it.

Tell us where you are

Name, work email, company, and whether you have developers. Core will reply about the foundation.
